Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Returns

You may return most regularly priced items* for a refund within 30 days of the delivery date. Items returned must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered with original tags attached and a receipt/packing slip. Items without original tags attached are non-refundable. No Exceptions.  *Only regularly priced items may be refunded. Sale items and hair accessories are final sale. Socks, tights, bike shorts and leggings cannot be returned once opened. You are in charge of the return shipping costs. 

You can start the return process by logging into your customer account. In your order history select an order and then, if the date is within the allowed return period, you will be able to select items from that order to return. You will then be taken to our return system where you will be issued an RMA number and a prepaid USPS shipping label to ship the return items back to us. The shipping label fee will come out of your overall return. With our return labels they are for USPS First Class/ Ground Advantage or USPS Parcel mail. We pass on our high volume shipping rate to you directly so the return shipping cost is lower for you.  Please do not use the same box your order was shipped in. Your return will not be processed through USPS if you do. It is best to use an unmarked box or bag to send the items back to us. Failure to comply will result in a larger return fee deduction. Refunds for credit card purchases will be applied to the card.

If you would rather use an alternate shipping method (Your own USPS label, FedEx or UPS). Please include the return form (found on our FAQ page) in your package and you can send your order back, however, you would like. We recommend using insured USPS or UPS service to return your items.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: ScholarWear, 9937 S. 500 W., Sandy UT 84070, United States.  Please include a return form. If you ordered on-line, a return form was included in your shipment.  If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.  We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.  

Merchandise presented with original receipt/packing slip will be issued a refund in the manner of the original transaction.  Refunds for credit card purchases will be applied to the card.

If you would like a different item, place a new order for the new item. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.  

Delivery dates and time frames are not a guarantee. Any and all delivery issues will need to be addressed through USPS and not ScholarWear.

Late or missing refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, allow 5 processing days, then check your bank account again.  There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
