The Sleeveless Blazer manufacturer has changed the way the vests are labeled. If in doubt look inside the sleeveless blazer at the label that has the fabric contents and the product code.
Petite sizes are the same sizes 0P-6P (if in doubt about what size you are trying on or wearing look at fabric content tag)
Old sizes 2R-20R are now called 2M-20M
Old sizes 22R-30R are now called 22W-30W
